I would like to amend my booking

We understand that you may need to amend your booking, should you wish to make any changes to your Shortbreak, please contact our Guest Experience Team.

  • Please be aware amendments may incur additional charges and you will be informed of these before making any confirmed changes to your break. 
  • Guest Experience Team can be contacted via telephone (a local rate number can be found at the bottom of your confirmation) Please note we are prioritising guests who are due to stay within the next 7 days. If you’re staying outside of the next 7 days we kindly ask you to contact us nearer time.
