I would like to redeem my voucher.

Your voucher can be redeemed for stays in the 2020 season, up to and including Monday 2nd November, excluding Winter packages.To redeem your voucher please visit 'Manage My Booking'  followed by clicking on 'Redeem Your Voucher', and following the on-screen instructions.

One of our Guest Experience Team will be in touch via either telephone or email within 7 working days to redeem your voucher. 

Important information:

  • If your new booking is of a higher value than the voucher balance, you may have to pay the difference, our Guest Experience Team will advise you at the time of booking.
