I would like to cancel my Shortbreak booking.

For guests who are due to stay up to and including 3rd July May 2020:

If you wish to get a voucher for the value of your booking please visit the  'Manage My Booking' section of our website. Vouchers are available online for guests staying up to and including 3rd July 2020. To access 'Manage My Booking' you will need your booking reference and lead name.

If you would like to amend your booking to an alternative date simply fill out our email form and one of our Guest Experience Team members will be in touch.

We are prioritising guests who are due to stay up to and including 3rd July 2020 - if your break falls outside of this time please be aware that our response time is longer than normal and we advise to contact us nearer the time of your short break.

If you have previously cancelled your break please allow up to 14 working days for the refund to be processed.
