Coronavirus (Covid-19) – Guest Information

The health and safety of our guests and staff is our absolute priority, so as a precaution, Paultons Park and Peppa Pig World will be closed until further notice due to Covid-19. 

In response to the developing situation surrounding Coronavirus and the most recent advice from the UK Government, we are very sorry to say Paultons Park will close from 5.00pm on Friday 20th March until further notice.

This is not a decision that has been made easily having already implemented many additional measures to protect both our guests, staff and suppliers. However, we now feel this is the only and correct course of action available to us in order to limit social interaction in line with the clear recommendations laid out by the Prime Minister.

We know this will be disappointing news, particularly to those who have planned a visit, but as a family business the health and well being of our guests and staff is, and always has been, our top priority and we hope you understand and support us in this decision.

I would like to move my money to a Voucher.

The quickest and simplest way to move your booking is to move the money from your booking to a voucher to use at a later date.

Just visit  ‘Manage My Booking’ and select ‘Voucher’ and we will then send you details on how to redeem your voucher for a future stay. The voucher will be available to use online from 4th May 2020.

If you would like to move your booking to a later date, please contact our Guest Experience Team via our email form. We anticipate a high number of emails over the next few days and appreciate your patience while we work hard to respond to all enquiries. 

Please be aware amendments may incur additional charges and our Guest Experience Team will inform you of these before making any changes to your confirmed break.
