20th May 2020 update:

Following the latest Government guidelines (issued on 10th May 2020), we are very sorry to say Paultons Park and Peppa Pig World are remaining closed until further notice.

We know this will be disappointing news, particularly to those who have planned a visit, but as a family business the health and well being of our guests and staff is, and always has been, our top priority and we hope you understand and support us in this decision.

If you have booked a short break and are due to stay up to and including the 3rd July 2020 please see the information below:

I would like to move my money to a Voucher:

The quickest and simplest way to move your booking is to move the money from your booking to a voucher to use at a later date.

Just visit ‘Manage My Booking’ and select ‘Voucher’ and we will then send you details on how to redeem your voucher for a future stay.

I would like to move my booking to a later date:

If you would like to move your booking to a later date, please contact our Guest Experience Team via our email form. We anticipate a high number of emails over the next few days and appreciate your patience while we work hard to respond to all enquiries.

Most of our hotel partners have agreed to move your stay to any date in 2020 free of charge, please contact our Guest Experience Team to find out more.

My booking is for a date after the 3rd July 2020, can I still contact you?

We anticipate high email volumes over the next few days, so if you have questions about an existing booking you can visit our Help Centre for all the up to date information.
